David Recaldin
Board Director
After graduating from Cambridge, David joined Procter and Gamble in Sales. He progressed rapidly through the Sales Division then moved into Trade Marketing.
David joined Glendinning in 1990 as a Senior Consultant, and was promoted to Director of Consulting in 1991, with specific responsibility for development of new Category Management concepts and Category Strategy processes.
David was appointed a Board Director in 1995 with responsibility for development of specific approaches to Global Sales Excellence programs. This included the development of Glendinning’s proven “World Class Customer ManagementTM”, enabling companies to improve operating performance and profitability through better Selling efficiency and effectiveness.
David now leads the team responsible for managing our worldwide clients.
Outside work, David carries clubs round a golf course regularly but unimpressively, plays bridge and still occasionaly plays rugby.
David’s career history, line experience in a leading supplier and leading consultancy engagements in all aspects of Customer Management, enables him to provide a uniquely broad perspective to support clients and help them develop solutions to their key Sales and Marketing issues.
